What is Face Yoga?
Face Yoga is a blend of yoga-like controlled facial expressions, releasing exercises and deep breathing practice, that enhance the appearance of skin and the tone of muscles while delivering an overall sense of well-being.
By practicing Face Yoga you will be able to:
